We're looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with clients and prospects. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform client expectations and maintain our company’s positive image. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and organizer, as well as a strong sales and support representative. The selected candidate will present a demonstrated ability in working with a variety of internal and external teams with diverse skillsets, and be excellent at rapport-building. We also expect you to be, by personality, a problem-solver and figure-it-outer.
As a Membership Desk Manager at TolHouse, you would be responsible for checking in members and their guests upon their arrival to the House, greeting members by name, managing client accounts and space reservations, taking and responding to inbound calls, text and direct messages.
This role requires a pleasant demeanor, computer proficiency, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask while ensuring accuracy and high levels of communication.
