Bartending Server

As a Bartending Server at TolHouse, you help set the tone for the entire House. Our bar team is responsible for delivering thoughtful hospitality across our lounges, events, and Member experiences. Behind the bar, you’ll craft cocktails and mocktails, maintain a polished and organized service environment, and create moments of genuine connection with Members and guests. TolHouse is a private social club built around community, creativity, and conversation. Our bar spaces, including Bar One, Vibrant Lounge, and event environments throughout the House, host everything from casual Member gatherings to curated programming and special events. Bartending Servers play an essential role in maintaining the elevated yet welcoming atmosphere our Members expect. This role blends technical bartending skill with strong hospitality instincts. We’re looking for professionals who are comfortable in fast-paced environments, take pride in presentation and service standards, and enjoy engaging with a thoughtful and diverse community of Members. We’re seeking individuals with solid foundational bartending experience who are available for 1–3 shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.
