Event Host

• Check guests in at events and welcome them into the space • Seat guests and guide them through the flow of the night • Run food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring smooth and timely service • Assist the bar team with non-bartending support — clearing glassware, restocking, keeping the bar tidy • Occasionally take orders or relay them to the appropriate station • Float between front-of-house and back-of-house, picking up wherever the team needs an extra set of hands • Help set up and break down event spaces • Represent TolHouse with warmth, professionalism, and presence

• Hospitality, restaurant, or events experience preferred but not required • Friendly, calm under pressure, and quick on your feet • Comfortable working an irregular schedule — could be zero shifts one week, three or four the next • Available primarily for day and evening hours • Strong communicator who works well across teams • Reliable, punctual, and presentable • Able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weight (food trays, event supplies) for full shifts
