We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with clients and prospects. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform client expectations and maintain our company’s positive image. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and organizer, as well as a strong sales and support representative. The selected candidate will present a demonstrated ability in working with a variety of internal and external teams with diverse skillsets, and be excellent at rapport-building. We also expect you to be, by personality, a problem-solver and figure-it-outer.


  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Notice and engage in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
  • Manage projects from start to finish, engaging parties and partners as required
  • Gain solid knowledge of the market


  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Displayed success in a Client Relationship Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Problem-solving attitude

PAY: $19/hr + Bonuses
