aWLCo is a family of companies founded by Will Lucas, building the data and culture infrastructure that helps local economies and communities know and serve themselves.

What looks like range is actually a pattern. A city, a school district, a park system, a behavioral-health network, a neighborhood pizza shop, we run the same playbook every time: find a real need, build the platform that serves it, and let it compound. Data gives communities real insight into themselves. Culture puts people, creators, and community at the center of everything we make. Every company we build runs on one or both.
